OPTASE^® LIFE Sensitive Eye Makeup Remover contains patented ionized water as one of only seven ingredients that make up its unique formulation allowing maximum efficacy with minimal ingredients. This unique formula is highly effective at removing makeup and does not depend on surfactants for cleansing.

Surrounds makeup and other impurities to remove them from the skin. The ionized water surrounds dirt, makeup, and impurities so that they can be suspended in water and removed from the skin. How To Use

• Wash your hands.
• Apply the makeup remover to a cotton pad.
